Job Description
The Role
This is a hands-on production role working on commercial office chairs and lounge furniture.
You’ll be responsible for:
Upholstering a range of seating products to a high standard
Gluing foam to seat bases and backs (water-based adhesives)
Fitting pre-sewn covers and ensuring quality finishes
Cutting materials using automated cutting equipment
Working to daily production targets
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
You’re a skilled upholsterer (or strong assembly/upholstery background) who:
Has good speed and attention to detail
Can work independently and to deadlines
Takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality work
Is reliable and wants long-term, stable employment
